Faiza is a French qualified Lawyer and a CEDR accredited Mediator. With experience of advising international companies on a broad range of business and public law issues, including-anti corruption and commercial disputes, Faiza has a strong expertise in negotiation, mediation and conflict management. She builds relationships with a strategic approach to risk mitigation and maintaining long standing business partnerships.
In respect of her roles as a lawyer and as a mediator, Faiza has found mediation to be a game changer which enables parties to create their own conflict management justice, keep control over the issues that mean most to them and enable the creation of the most constructive solutions to disputes that enables outcomes to be achieved which best reflect the parties’ needs.
Having lived and worked across the World, Faiza is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
